Meat from different breeds and of different origins, with the latest generation packaging and labelling, packaged in a modified atmosphere or long-life vacuum-packed, available as supermarket own-brand or under the brand Les Tendres à Cuire.

MINCED MEAT

A wide range of fresh, minced meat and tartares are prepared on the CV Plainemaison site under the brand “Les Tendres à Cuire” or a supermarket own brand, on request, with different mincing methods (in a machine, hand-chopped), weights, fat contents and modern, high-performance packaging combining visuals, practicality and long use-by dates for your supermarket shelves.

RAW PROCESSED PRODUCTS

A delicious and gourmet offer of processed raw beef, veal, lamb and pork: recipes and marinades in many flavours for tender very high quality butchered meats available packaged in a modified atmosphere under “Les Tendres à Cuire” brand or supermarket own-brand on request: kebabs, cuts, roasts, carpaccios and other seasonal products (summer, winter, festive, etc.).
